It is moving West Northwest slowly. Meanwhile, another typhoon with international name “Bolaven” was located at 1,600 km East of Extreme Northern Luzon (19.1°N 139.5°E).Hourly update on IGME 
At 7:00 a.m. today, 22 August 2012, the eye of Typhoon “IGME” was located based on satellite and surface data at 315 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.4°N 124.6°E).
