It’s early in the morning and it’s time to run to save lives. The Million Volunteer Run by Red Cross was a successful event here at Tacloban City, Leyte considering that we had more participants than last year’s run and even kids ran to save lives. Almost half of the city joined the run. After we the run, there was a short program featuring the Lion Dance, the TOMECO officers showing off their moves, the HIC band throwing off their batons and waving their flags while the other members play modern songs, and the awards given to the participants.
