To give more convenience to Filipinos applying for passport services, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has opened its newest mall-based consular office at Robinsons Galleria on Wednesday, September 19.

Also witnessing the formal opening were other Quezon City Government officials and workers, DFA, and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) officials.

This sixth-mall based DFA consular office now known as DFA’s Central National Capital Region Office or DFA NCR-Central is expected to serve to 500 plus passport applicants daily once it fully operates on September 24.

“The newest consular office at Robinsons Galleria is another milestone in the DFA’s continuing effort to provide world-class services to the public especially overseas Filipino workers (OFWs),” DFA Secretary Albert del Rosario said in a statement.

The Consular office-Robinsons Galleria is headed by its Officer-in-Charge, Remen Q. Austria.
