June 24, 2015, a video was reposted on Facebook three hours ago by Kupal Lord.

According to him this was posted eight hours ago as of the time that it was posted by the main uploader. He found it on a Facebook group but was erased immediately. Thankfully, he copied the link. He was not sure if this post was real or not, but prevention is still better than cure.

“I hope this post is not true and they are safe”, he added.

Juan Francisco Demicillo commented that “This is true. This was the incident that happened this year sometime in April or May at Aliguay Island of Dapitan City. Hoping these abducted Christian brothers will be released safely”.

In the video, there are three men who were tied and blind folded while kneeling down in a forest and were asking help to the government at the back there are seven gunmen who were in military uniforms, with bonnet masks and spoke Tagalog.

The victims were identified as Roberto Bulagao, a barangay captain in Brgy. Aliguay, Seaman First Class (SN1) Rod Pagaling, and SN2 Gringo Villaruz, a Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) personnel in Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte.

According to Manila Bulletin the Police authorities in Zamboanga peninsula admitted that members of the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) operating in Sulu province are responsible in the kidnapping of Aliguay island village chief and two members of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) last May 4, 2015 in Dapitan City.
