CEBU CITY, Philippines-Sinulog Fest defending champion Lingganay Festival of Alang-alang, Leyte triumphantly defended its crown as it bagged grand champion in Sinulog 2013 for the free interpretation category.

Second place is Lumad Basaknon of Brgy. Basak, San Nicolas, Cebu city, and 3rd place is Tribu Himag-Ulaw of Masbate.
