Lea Michele, known for her role as the Jewish high school girl from the hit show ‘Glee’ opposite the charming Cory Montieth on his role as the high school quarterback/choir singer. The Broadway and singer/songwriter later turned heads as she went to take the music world by storm right after the show ended on the last year on March 20th. Though appeared to be on opposite end of the spectrum of the high school universe, the two later became a couple on and off the set, sparking major reactions of love and appreciation from all over the globe.
But as in love and happy as they were, Cory died on July 13, 2013, 2 years before the curtain call of the said show. Cory, according MTV.com, died due to a drug overdose based on the police reports while he was in his hotel room at Vancouver’s Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel, Saturday. The world cried and the show even went on a hiatus to reformat the show and even made an awesome plot for the ending that aired March 2015.
Though it has already been 3 years since his passing, Lea still holds him dear and has even marked herself permanently to show how much she still loves him. One of the most notable moments she got inked was her tattoo of Cory’s character, “Finn [Hudson]” on her left hip. The tattoo, as claimed by Lea, was added last December 2011. This then went on to her adding more permanent reminders of a memory. Just recently since the start of this year, she tattooed Finn’s jersey number “5” while he was still a rock star quarter back on Glee.
On her latest magazine cover shoot with Women’s Health Naked Issue, she bared it all and showed how much she loves her flaws, quoting, “I’m not perfect but I love myself, flaw and all.” The world got a glimpse to her body but took more notice on the tattoo on her hip. She even confidently posted this on her Instagram account and has garnered at least 87,000 hearts.
The magazine is out today.
